Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Packcust website (the “Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.
Packcust reserves the right to modify this Site and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms and Conditions each time you access this Site.

Customer Content
You are solely responsible for all content you send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Site, including information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials (“Content”). You agree to comply with all applicable local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any Content that is indecent, unlawful, or infringes the intellectual property or proprietary rights of Packcust or any third party. Packcust does not control the Content posted by customers and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. Packcust is not liable for any Content you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
You are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You are liable for all orders placed or actions taken through your account. By using your password to order products, you grant Packcust a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sublicense, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the Content for the purposes of storing designs or processing print orders.
Packcust reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove any Content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable. Packcust may preserve or disclose Content if required by law or to: (a) comply with legal processes; (b) enforce these Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that Content violates third-party rights; or (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Packcust, its users, or the public.
Design Files
Packcust provides design files at 72 DPI (low resolution) by default. For higher-resolution files, please contact support@packcust.com for a quote.
Customer-Submitted Artwork
All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Packcust is not responsible for color changes resulting from RGB-to-CMYK conversions or for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixelated due to customer-provided artwork.
Proofing & Matching
All print jobs require customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet. After an order is placed, Packcust will send final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet via email. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details in the specification sheet, including delivery dates, production speed, and other requirements, to ensure accuracy. Packcust is not liable for specifications or requirements beyond what is noted in the final specification sheet. Customers are responsible for proofreading the final artwork proof, as errors or changes not identified by the customer are their responsibility. Packcust strongly recommends printing the proof at 100% to verify position, spelling, and design elements. Packcust is not responsible for design or spelling errors not communicated by the customer prior to printing. Upon approval, the design file and job specifications will be sent to production and printed as is.
Packcust is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by customers. Screen proofs predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement, but not color or density. Packcust will attempt to match gradient density for each color in duotone prints but is not liable for the final appearance unless a color match proof is ordered. Lamination may affect printed colors, and Packcust is not liable for the final color appearance of laminated products.
Materials
The paper/card stock used for our products is not food-grade unless specified. Any food-grade requirements must be communicated in writing before placing an order.
Customer Responsibility for Proof and Layout Approval
Packcust is not liable for errors in printed products caused by:
- Incorrect graphics orientation or placement
- Incorrect font usage
- Spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors
- Incorrect die cuts, slits, or missing folds
- Incorrect finished product size
Color Accuracy and Hardcopy Proofs
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and defend Packcust, its licensors, and their directors, officers, and employees against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from (i) your breach of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand related to any text, photograph, image, graphic, or other material you incorporate into products that was not part of the standard Site Content.
Order Cancellation
Packcust allows order cancellations prior to printing or shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the production stage:
- Order Placement: Orders are placed online.
- Design Rework: Orders are processed in our design department.
- Printing: Orders are sent to the press.
- Shipping: Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.
Orders canceled before stage 2 incur a $15 fee plus 5% of the total order amount to cover payment processing, bank charges, and design fees. Orders canceled in stage 2 incur a minimum 20% cancellation fee to cover design department charges. Orders in stage 3 may be canceled, but cancellation is not guaranteed, and a minimum 50% fee applies. Orders in stage 4 cannot be canceled.
Design Orders
No refunds are issued for design service orders once they have been successfully placed.
Returns and Refunds
All sales are final due to the unique nature of our products. If Packcust verifies an error on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Reprints
Customers must notify Packcust within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects, damage, or missing items. Packcust is not responsible for claims filed after this period. To receive replacement products, customers must return at least 99% of the received product within 10 days of delivery, at their own expense, with prior written authorization from Packcust. Charges for expedited printing or shipping are non-refundable, even for returned orders.
Order Shipping and Delivery
Packcust offers the following shipping options:
- Standard (Shipping Time Not Guaranteed): Free ground shipping within 48 contiguous states, usually ships within 10–14 business days after final proof approval.
- Priority: Guaranteed to ship within 8 business days after final proof approval, includes free ground shipping within 48 contiguous states.
- Express: Guaranteed to ship within 6 business days after final proof approval, includes free ground shipping within 48 contiguous states.
Final proof approval must be received by 11:00 AM EST, or one business day will be added to the shipping timeline. Packcust is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, weather, shipping company delays, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Rush charges or expedite fees will be refunded or waived in case of delays. Orders cannot be canceled due to printing or shipping delays. Customers are responsible for all customs duties and fees for shipments outside the United States.

Damaged and Lost Packages
Customers must inspect packages for visible damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Notify Packcust and the delivery courier immediately of any issues. Packcust is not responsible for claims filed after 3 business days from delivery or for third-party shipping errors, omissions, or damages. Ordered products may include a few extra pieces at no charge, but shipments may have up to 5% fewer pieces than ordered, per printing trade standards. Customers needing exact quantities should order 10% over the required amount. Additional shipping charges apply for reshipments due to customer-provided incorrect shipping addresses.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You acknowledge that the Site may not be uninterrupted or error-free. References or links to third-party products or services are provided “as is” without any warranty.
Limitation of Liability
Packcust, its licensors, suppliers, vendors, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use, data, or profits, arising from the use or performance of the Site or failure to provide ordered products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Packcust is not liable for damages arising from your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the Site or its content.
